Pricing

Pricing built around your programme

What a benefits programme costs depends on what it distributes, to how many people and how often. Rather than a generic table that would fit nobody, we put together a proposal after reviewing your needs.

What builds the price

The products you turn on

Gift cards, meal vouchers, cashback, payouts: each block has its own operational mechanics, and costs nothing unless you activate it.

Volume and rhythm

The number of beneficiaries, the amount distributed and how often you issue. A monthly top-up for two hundred employees and one annual batch do not price the same way.

Depth of integration

Portal only, or integration with your HR system, your till or your ERP over the API — with the support that implies at the start.

How to get a quote

Write to us with the products you're interested in, the number of beneficiaries and the distribution rhythm you have in mind. We come back with a costed proposal and a rollout schedule.

Talk to us

No price table is published on this site until it has been settled. A price shown and then walked back at the first conversation costs more than a price you had to ask for.

Questions about pricing

Is there a setup fee?

It depends on scope: opening a company space and configuring a standard programme is not the same work as integrating with an existing system. The quote separates the two.

Is there a minimum commitment?

Commitment terms are part of the proposal and are discussed according to the volume and depth of integration involved.

Is the distributed amount included in the price?

No. The sums distributed to your beneficiaries are funded by transfer into your company wallet; they remain yours until spent and are separate from the cost of the service.

Request a proposal

A few lines about your programme are enough for a first estimate. If Tiki isn't the right tool for what you describe, we'll tell you.
