Benefits platform

Gift cards, meal vouchers and cashback — on one platform.

Tiki brings together the issuance, distribution and tracking of the benefits you give your employees and your customers. One portal to set the rules, a merchant network to spend them in, an API to wire it all into your systems.

Inside the portal

Paying a hundred beneficiaries takes as long as paying one

A payout batch gathers the beneficiaries, the amount and the reason into a single lot. You upload it, you approve it, the platform executes and hands you back the detail line by line — including the failed lines, with their reason.

  • Upload by file or by API, checked before execution
  • Two-step approval once the amount passes a threshold
  • Accounting export of the batch, once executed

Who it's for

Three roles, one network

Companies

You give benefits to your teams: occasional gift cards, monthly meal vouchers, one-off bonuses. You configure, you distribute, you account for it.

Affiliated merchants

You accept Tiki cards at the till and get settled for what you took, with the detail of what was accepted and why.

Partners and distributors

You run programmes on behalf of your own clients: each company gets its own isolated space, you keep the overall view.

Getting started

From account to first benefit distributed

  1. Open the company space

You create your organisation, declare your beneficiaries and invite the colleagues who will run the programmes.

  2. Configure the programme

You pick the product, set the rules — caps, expiry, permitted categories — and fund the company wallet.

  3. Distribute and track

You issue one at a time or in bulk, and follow balances, spend and records as they happen.

Developers

Everything the portal does, the API does too

Issue a card from your HR system, credit a wallet when a contract is signed, trigger cashback from your till: the same API serves the portal and your systems.

  • JSON REST API, authenticated by API key
  • Signed webhooks for every lifecycle event
  • Isolated test environment with disposable data

Questions

What we get asked most

What is Tiki?

Tiki is an employee benefits and loyalty platform: it lets a company issue digital gift cards, run meal vouchers, steer cashback programmes and pay amounts in bulk into its beneficiaries' wallets.

Do we have to turn on every product?

No. The four blocks share the same foundation but activate independently. You can start with meal vouchers and add gift cards later, without recreating your beneficiaries.

Who uses the portal day to day?

The HR, payroll or administrative teams who prepare and approve distributions, and finance for tracking and exports. Rights are set by role, so each person sees only what concerns them.

How long does it take to get started?

Opening a company space and configuring a standard programme is quick; the real timeline depends on declaring your beneficiaries and, where applicable, integrating with your systems.

Where are Tiki cards accepted?

At merchants affiliated to the network, within the categories your programme permits. A meal voucher is restricted to food merchants; a gift card can cover a broader scope that you define.

Can we set an expiry date?

Yes, per batch or per card. The balance stays visible until the last day; after expiry, the residual is identified line by line on the batch concerned.
